Starting at the initial meeting we will cover the general task, and minor details of the Project. Where and what you want painted, color, sheen. Any Accent walls? Ceiling, Trim, Doors? The Basics. We try to cover as much as possible to eliminate additional task added after start. Amendments are okay with us, but keeping the budget is the goal.

When we first arrive, we strive to start covering the floors and furniture where we will be working. We advised all customer very valuable or sentimental items are moved by the owner, leave the heavy lifting to us. If you want to move your furniture, we gladly thank you. Sometimes we don't know about that "special" way to move your table, and we are not responsible. We strive to keep the paint flowing on the walls and not anything else.

Sandco Smooth is a term we use for our finish work it typically ranges between a Level 4 and Level 5 finish for you walls. What that means is that is very smooth. But very smooth isn't always the goal or cost effectively obtainable especially in older homes where the walls have seen several paint jobs in their day, some that were not professional. We fill the craps, hit the nail pops and other visible blemishes. Now if you have an older home and want a new look we can skim the walls and make them Sandco Smooth for an additional fee.

Typically Surfaces receive two coats, sometimes one depends on if the color is being changed. Deep and Ultra base paint, which is typically a clear base paint, meaning if you look in the can it is largely transparent, may need a tinted primer, then two coats of finish. We apply paint via, brush, roller and some application spay. What we use depending on surface history with previous application and if the surface is textured or smooth.

Typically we review a few times during the process, so that we can close out areas, unless its just one or two rooms.    We do the final walk through to be sure everything is in order. We are Big on Customer Satisfaction for what was contracted. We also strongly encourage our customers if you have any questions, don't wait until the last brush is in the truck. The best remedies, sometimes simple work order changes are best done while work is in progress.
