Sandco logo was designed and created by Daryl Sanders in 2009 when the company was revitalized. What intuitively appears to be a paint brush is actually a calligraphy brush. Influence by Asian art at the Smithsonian Freer Sackler Gallery. The concept is about bringing forward Intent, vibrantly through design and building.
Current Logo
In 2021 The logo was revamped by Pinch Design to make a sharper image and be able to be utilize more, as the first logo was made with Microsoft Paint in 2009.

Daryl Sanders
When you call Sandco more often than not you can expect to speak with Daryl Sanders. He was born and raised in Maryland and received his undergrad from Bowie State University in Economics. Daryl likes to read manga and watch Anime in his spare time.

In 2021 Sandco had begun Operating as a Private Equity investing in the local communities.
2022 Sandco has begun focusing on Major Remodel Services in Construction, Restoration, Landscaping. Sandco has begun investing in Baltimore real estate.

We are a local small business in Hanover with a Big track record for success. Our business revolves around real estate. We predominantly work residential projects.
Sandco handles disaster whether interior or exterior. Our Restore Segment was design to bring back your investment to like pre-loss condition. This following water leaks and flooding, mold and fire incidents. We work with insurance for what they will cover, and you for preventative maintenance. Foundation repairs, interior drains systems and sump pump. Emergency water removal response time is typically an hour for local customers.
For the remodeling segment we can remodel any interior aspect of you house, basement, kitchen, bath, bedroom, theatre you name it we can build it for you. We build additions, demolish buildings, excavation
Our newest segment the outdoor living was brought about by high demand for our high quality services in storm water management. We offer French Drain, Grading, Paver Patios and Retaining Wall Build. Sandco has dealt with a lot of water, and a part of many of the issues that arise from water damage could have been prevented if the yard was graded correctly away from foundation.
When trying to build and outdoor living space, most customer are focused on the appeal and function of the new patio or wall. Both builds involve the movement of water. After the contractor leaves it will rain eventually, we make sure you know where the water will go, before we start the built, versus you finding out after the build.
