Remodeling Journeyman
Remodeling Journeyman $40k-60k
Basement Remodel, Restoration and Additions. This positions is for a person who is able to Rough frame, install insulation, hang and finish drywall, paint and finish carpentry. Individual must have valid Driver License, be legally able to work in USA, and able to work flexible hours. Compensation is performance based.
Landscape / Hardscape Journeyman & Project Manager
Outdoor Living Project Manager & Journeyman $45k-70k
Sandco is looking for a well seasoned Outdoor Living Construction Craftsman. This position is Leadership position for the expansion of Sandco Outdoor Living segment. Concrete construction, Interlocking Block for Paver Patio and Retaining Walls, Lumber Retaining Walls, Deck Building, Sod Installation. Compensation is performance based.
Novice/ Apprentice Level Worker
Apprentice $35k-42k
New to Construction? We have limited positions for people who have at least 3 year trade experience and are still developing their skills and eye for detail. Sandco is looking for individual with potential, who are accountable for their work and are open to learn very quickly how Sandco operates and delivers quality work. This is a jack of all trades position entry position. If Accepted Sandco will put you were needed as you develop a mind for Total Home Improvement.
