Initial Emergency Phone Call to Sandco
In order for us to better assist you we will need to gather some information so we can mobilize and be on our way to you. Pertinent information we will need:

Initial Inspection & Contract Review and Sign
Once we have arrive on property we will assess what we can see at this time, draft an estimate, review with customer and begin services. After water is removed, we will assess what items, furniture, and belongings can be salvage and what must be discarded. After customer signs contract we begin work. We protect surfaces leading to water damage space, and begin setting up various kinds of pumps for various types and conditions for the water removal. Once water is removed, we check the floors, walls, studs, insulation, trim, doors, thresholds, ceilings, electrical sockets, cabinets, furniture, anything in contact with floor, then underlayment if not a basement for damage underneath surface. Time to Dry
