We are not architects or structural engineers. If you are planning an addition you will need structural plans before permits and estimates can begin.

Permits are not only required by Maryland Law, it ensures safety and quality for the Home Owner and Sandco. The state also becomes aware that a change is staking place to the property. This sometimes often triggers a soft appraisal. Sandco is License MHIC 100681.
